​Molly is a long-time supporter and advocate for The Go Jen Go Foundation, The Pink Cupcake Walk (TEAMMOLLY), and other local cancer and healthcare organizations. As someone who lost both parents to cancer (her mom to breast cancer and her father to colon cancer), Molly knows and truly feels the journey of survivors, thrivers, and fighters. ​

Molly founded and hosts the sell-out Bet on Yourself Summit, a power-packed and inspiring day just for women. The event is deeply personal, based on words her father always told her, and is full of real and life-changing motivators such as -- we have all we need within ourselves, looking through the windshield (not the rearview!), and building the plane as you fly.

As a 4-time Emmy award-winning journalist, 3-time author, leader of multimillion-dollar newscasts for 20 years, longest-serving female anchor in the market, and a sought-after national speaker and charity auctioneer, at the root of it all is one of Molly's most extraordinary abilities (SUPERPOWER!) which is to connect with people and make them feel seen, heard, and empowered.
